Yes, it is fine to place the gel mixture in an incubator instead of room temperature, but please note the gel forms more slowly in an incubator than at room temperature. As a result, for lower-concentrated gels, you will need to keep them in an incubator for longer. However, for gels at a higher concentration or VitroGel® Hydrogel Matrix, it is not a problem.
