Yes, after mixing the cell culture medium with the ink, a slow gelation will start. We suggest allowing the gel to stabilize for 20 minutes before printing. After printing, adding more cell culture medium to the printed structure will further stabilize the hydrogel. Normally, after this point, we put the hydrogel into incubation for long-term culture. Stabilization will become even stronger after 2 hours or overnight.
