Any additional tip for recovering organoid from Geltrex by using VitroGel® Organoid Recovery Solution (MS04)?

Geltrex has different purity, so some batches are harder to degrade than others. After removing the cell culture medium, wash the sample with PBS or MS04 1-2 times. After adding the MS04 solution to digest the gel, pipette the sample up and down several times (this is the crucial step to accelerate the gel degradation). Keep the mixture in an ice bucket for 2-5 min. If 100% Geltrex is used, the incubation time may need to increase to 20 min. Centrifuging, removing the medium, and resuspending with MS04 can help remove the gel residues.
