How does the VitroPrime™ Spread-Attach Plate help for viscous hydrogel (such as high concentration VitroGel®) that has slow spreading on the surface of culture plate?
The high viscosity will cause the gel to spread slowly. However, the special treatment of the VitroPrime™ surface can accelerate the gel’s spreading. Warming up the hydrogel and medium could reduce the hydrogel’s viscosity.
