Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assy Kit can last for a few days, but the dye binds to the nucleus so that it may have an effect in the long term.
If users wish to use the same cells in the long-term culture, add the Cyto3D® reagent and observe the cells. After testing, remove the medium and add fresh medium to continue the culture. A few days later, when they are ready to recheck the cell viability, add fresh Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assay Kit.
