When transferring organoids from Matrigel to VitroGel®, do you recommended gradually decreasing the % of Matrigel in VitroGel®?
It is unnecessary to gradually decrease the % of Matrigel in VitroGel® when transferring the organoids from Matrigel culture into xeno-free VitroGel® culture. If Matrigel is preferred to mix with VitroGel®, add a small volume of Matrigel (<50%) into the cell suspension before mixing it with VitroGel® solution.
