Yes. VitroGel® supports the diffusion of molecules of different sizes, from small molecules to big proteins (e.g., IgG). Drug compounds, antibodies, and staining dyes can be added to the cover medium to penetrate the hydrogel. VitroGel® can be mixed with molecules for control release experiments.
