Do you have suggestions for preventing hydrogel detaching during multiple washing process?

For multiple washing steps, please adjust the speed of the liquid aliquot. Also, only remove 50-80% of the PBS for the first couple of steps and carefully remove 100% of the washing medium at the last step only. Keeping the medium and plate cold can help maintain the stiffness of the hydrogel as well.
