Do you have the SEM protocol for VitroGel®?

- The hydrogel samples were fixed with 3.7% by volume of formaldehyde for 1 hour at 37°C
- The above step is then followed by three D-PBS washes.
- Samples were dehydrated in a series of ethanol washes( 0%, 30%,50%,70%, 85%, 95%, and 100%), with each wash conducted 3x for a total of 15 minutes.
- The samples were then critical point dried, mounted, and sputter-coated with gold.
- The image was scanned using electron microscopy.
