If the cell suspension is prepared with a culture medium such as DMEM or DMEM/F12, we recommend keeping a 2:1 mixing ratio. On the other hand, if the suspension is prepared in PBS or a culture medium with a low ionic concentration, such as RPMI, a 1:1 mixing ratio can be used.
