How to achieve different stiffness with the same functional RGD-ligands by combining the VitroGel® RGD with VitroGel® 3D in various mixing and dilution ratios?

To use VitroGel® 3D (TWG001) and VitroGel® RGD (TWG003) to get different gel stiffness with the same functional ligand concentration, you need to set up a standard ligand concentration first.

We recommend using the same cell culture medium (e.g. DMEM) to mix with gel solution for crosslink to get the optimal culture condition. Elastic modulus (G’) can be converted to stiffness at a 1 to 3 ratio.
