What type of culture plate should I choose when using VitroGel®?

Depending on the application and culture methods, here are several culture plate options to choose from:
1. If the hydrogel is applied to cover the whole bottom of the well plate, the VitroPrime™ Spread-Attach plate is an excellent choice to combine with VitroGel® for 3D culture and 2D hydrogel coating culture.
2. For cell invasion application, the VitroPrime™ Cell Culture Inserts can be used
3. If VitroGel® is added as a hydrogel dome at the bottom of the culture plate, the non-tissue culture-treated plate should be used.
4. For 3D spheroid invasion applications, the ultra-low attachment U or V-shape generates the 3D cell spheroid, and then the hydrogel is added directly on top of it.
