Is there anything I can do to reduce the background of the cell images stained with Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assay Kit?

For most cell types and applications, Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assay provides excellent image quality with minimal background. In some cases, background may occur due to a weak signal. In such instances, we recommend increasing the incubation time to 15–30 minutes before imaging. In other cases, background may result from impurities or residues in the matrix. For these situations, we recommend incorporating a washing step before performing immunofluorescence analysis.
