Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assay Kit is designed for cell viability testing. Software (ImageJ/Fiji) can quantify the GFP and TxRed intensity to quantify viability in culture, giving the percent of viability. The automatic cell counter or plate reader can also be used with Cyto3D® Live-Dead Assay Kit for cell suspension or 2D cell culture.
